This role of Customer Service Administrator is an exciting opportunity for a logistics and freight professional from a Customer Service background. You will work within the Customer Service team receiving and inputting bookings into a database.
- Receive bookings and input them into the database
- Strong UK Distribution knowledge
- Daily communication with clients

- Develop communication channels with relevant internal departments

You will be experienced within Customer Services or a Logistics and Freight professional with a proven track record in within the Freight Forwarding and Transport sector. You will be self motivated and able to work as part of a dedicated team. You must be presentable and able to communicate at all levels. Proficient IT skills as well as being a strong communicator via email and other the telephone.
