Job Title: Warehouse Operative Part Time
Location: Chester, CH1 6LT
Hourly rate: £11.20 p/h, we do accept 16+ year old individuals
Hours of work: 16:00-20:00
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent, subject to performance and attendance
Start date: ASAP
A major player in the Distribution industry is seeking a committed Part Time Warehouse Operative to be based at their Chester depot. All candidates will be DBS checked and referenced covering last 5 years.
This role is physically demanding and will involve elements of heavy lifting on daily basis.
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Receiving goods.
- Sorting and moving stock.
- Achieving the tasks set within agreed timescales.
- Adhering to Health and Safety policies.
An ideal Warehouse Operative will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Ideally previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to do heavy lifting.
- Must be flexible.
- Ability to work within a team to achieve daily targets.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
