Job Title: Bookkeeping and Accounts Administrator
Location: Wrexham - Wilkinson Business Park
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Bookkeeping and Accounts Administrator to support our client in managing daily accounting and financial operations in Wrexham. This role requires a strong emphasis on confidentiality, impeccable organizational skills, precision, excellent customer relations, and effective telephone communication. The ideal candidate will be a versatile multitasker, dependable, and dedicated to consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash collections for the sales ledger.
- Establish and maintain a systematic process for regular customer contact to collect outstanding payments.
- Accurately post and verify all sales invoices and receipts in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Streamline contract invoice generation processes.
- Plan annual invoice renewals in advance of their due dates.
- Oversee staff salaries and expenses.
- Prepare cash flow statements.
- Complete VAT returns.
- Maintain historical records by organizing and filing documents.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the finance, sales, and technical departments.
Requirements:- Proficiency in Xero Accounts package is essential.
- Familiarity with Syncro is desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.-Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
