Job Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Pay Rate: £31.000 - 32.000
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 0800-1700

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance logistics and supply chain operations.
- Manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution across multiple sites.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless coordination.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to improve supply chain performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock across sites.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:- Qualification in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly HMRC regulations in the food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Xero software is a plus.
