Location: Runcorn
Salary: £30,633k
Hours: Rotating shift pattern of 6am – 2pm / 2pm -10pm / 10pm – 6am / 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday

Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a Transport Support Manager for a national logistics chain based in Runcorn. This is a temp-to-perm position, reporting directly to the Transport Manager—an ideal opportunity for someone seeking further training and development within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing both the core fleet and sub-contractors to ensure deliveries are completed.
- Address and manage delivery issues with both internal and contracted drivers.
- Communicate any issues to relevant departments and sites.
- Plan and allocate drivers and vehicles, ensuring compliance with EC regulations and WTD (Working Time Directive).
- Assist with the control of vehicle maintenance.
- Previous experience in the transport industry.
- Strong knowledge of WTD and tachograph regulations.
- Previously used ESPI/GTS System
- Methodical approach with attention to administrative detail.
